America's Recovery Act of 2012
      Section I, Part I
   The Federal Government shall provide to the states a grant of $2 Trillion. Each state shall receive a total of $40 Billion to cover it's budgetary shortfalls.
  1. States shall provide a detailed accounting of its shortfalls:
  2. The total state jobs that were lost due to the recession
  3. The jobs lost were they mission critical i.e. police, firefighters, teachers
  4. Because of those shortfalls what programs or functions were cut
Section I, Part II

  1. States shall provide detailed plan on increasing the cost effectiveness of its energy management and state safety measures
  2. Identify public buildings, vehicles or other areas which would benefit from green energy or alternative fuel initiatives. Provide a timeframe of when they could be implimented.
  3. States must provide a detailed risk assesment analysis against natural disasters such as flooding and wildfires
  4. What damage control measures are in place to mitigate those disasters
Section II, Part I
   The Federal Government shall impliment new or expanded National Security measures.
  1. Creation of a fulltime national fire service of at least five thousand along with the necessary air, ground vehicles and other equipment
  2. The fire service will during times of off season will proactively reduce the risk of forest fires, only those in certain regions shall be activated to combat fires. If the need arises based on the size of the fires more can be activated.
  3. Expanding the Coast Guard and National Guard units to better secure our ports and borders.
  • The Coast Guard shall recieve submarines to combat the growing influx of drug cartels utilizing their own
  • The Coast Guard shall also receive LPH (Landing Platform Helicopter) carriers to greatly expand its Search and Rescue operations
  1. Increase the number of Border Patrol and Port Agents to strengthen the borders and ports from international threats and human trafficking.
  2. Upgrade and enhace the fighting capabilities of ground forces. Increase reseach and development into vehicle armor, body armor and mine sweepers.
  3. Return battleships to the fleet, reconfigured for longer range weaponry.

Healthcare

  If no one is guaranteed healthcare, medical, mental or otherwise then why would doctors out of the goodness of their hearts provide free care when there'd be no money in it for them. Once we fix the immigration issues, such as Medicare, welfare, TANIF, etc. the power of the HMO's, PPO's, the "heath" insurance companies should be removed. One doctor shouldn't have to cost 1000 times more than another just because of the name or location, except where the location is based on a cost of living increase. Doctors should not be able to regulate, govern or police themselves; they literally hold lives in their hands. Everything in the US costs allot more than it would in any other country, Pharmaceuticals is no exception, even when it is made here in the US and exported to another country.

Mother Earth / Our home

Global warming whether it is happening or not, it doesn't matter, we've already done irreparable damage to Mother Earth. The only thing we can do is find renewable resource alternatives to oil, coal, nuclear and other earth sources. Brazil is planning on a dam that will be the 3rd largest in the world; Brazil is home to one of the largest tropical rainforests in the world. But, no one really cares, just tear it up and just be done with it, just like there is an oil lake in Venezuela that Texaco was supposed to clean but didn't. Rather than clean up all of these Superfund sites, just leave them so all of that crap can seep into the soil, water sheds and all that. Who needs to eat right? There's always GRAS or GMO corn, or other veggies, let's not forget about those same things that are fed to livestock or things that NORMAL people eat. Whether you’re a vegetarian or carnivore, you’re still affected by the same things, including deforestation. I suppose no one remembers the Dustbowl of America, wait I don't either, I wasn't born yet. However, I read history, and history has a nasty habit of repeating itself. So you can either believe in global warming or not, but I'd rather not be glowing in the dark in a few years, you can if you want.

Foreign policy

A good foreign policy is always based on a good home policy, case in point; there are millions in the US who are homeless. Yet, I don't see anyone Ron Paul included, with any real direct solutions in fixing those issues. Most want to put all of the homeless into one great big institution, as if most are suffering from psychological problems. There are a lot that are, while a lot more are victims of circumstances, so why not identify who needs the most amount help, what kind of help is needed and where best to provide that help. We should start fixing our problems at home, before attempting to believe that we can fix another countries problems. Which by the way, is not our responsibility, it is their country, not ours. Our military bases that are located in other countries, should be held to the highest accountability as if it were here in the US. The same goes for our troops, Abu Ghirab was an insult to America itself, as well as the conditions inside of Walter Reed Army hospital, were absolutely abhorable and everyone involved with both should feel guilt of the highest order. That being said however, the US should never bow down to any other country for any reason, nor should any other country bow down to us. We should above and beyond all else defend ourselves, we cannot and should not let another country dictate to us what we should or shouldn't do.

Civil Rights

Abortion is legal in the US, and it IS a women’s right to choose. If anyone here, including the Republican Party believes he or she has a right to judgment over another person's body then you've surpassed your human qualities and entered into GODLYNESS and you can do whatever it is that you want. However, it is my opinion that life begins at the moment conception occurs, and that any abortion that happens after a certain moment in time, in the life of the child is only one thing and that is murder. That is my belief, but again I do not have the right to hold over the women who chooses to have an abortion.
Gay / lesbian marriage in my belief is equally a person’s right to choose and again, if you believe you have the right to hold judgment over another person’s body then you've surpassed your human qualities and entered into GODLYNESS and you can do whatever it is that you want. Marriage between any two consenting adults of any gender should be left up to those adults and them alone. As long your rights do not impugn, expunge, render null, put asunder, limit or deny the rights of another in the daily processes of your life. Just because someone thinks it is immoral, unclean or against any religious views does not make it wrong, even if it isn't what you believe in. If you were forced to have some sort of sex with a person of the same sex, then yes it is wrong. If you are living next to a gay or lesbian couple, you don't have to interact with them. This can be equated to racism that does happen throughout our country, and happens all the time.
The Constitution of the United States

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. 

Immigration

  
Illegal immigration is costing this country more than the so called drug wars. 1) If there was a job available for you and it was the only job that was available or put into a different perspective it only paid $7.00 an hour, would you take that job or would you forego it in hopes of "Finding something" better? Well, the Illegal immigrant isn't asking that question, he or she is asking when can I start. That creates the "aire" that Americans are too lazy in wanting to find work. It's a J. O. B., take the damn thing then worry about finding something better. 2) Does anyone really know the total cost of paying for the education, healthcare, welfare, housing, etc? The absolute total cost of illegal immigration not in years, but in months, weeks, DAYS even? No one knows and no one will ever know, because no one is allowed to ask immigration status. That needs to change, immigration reform will not help alleviate our current situation, because then and only then it be "legal" and we would also encourage others to do the same, with the same results.
We have current legislation already in place which needs updating, granted, but it would put us back on the path that we were 25 years ago. Allowing non-US citizens the right to vote is the same as letting Hugo Chavez dictate how this country is run, non citizens should not have the right to vote in this country.

Our elected officials

Politicians should not be allowed to determine their paychecks, government of the people, for the people, BY the people. Politicians should have a probationary period just like the rest of America, just because they work in Washington does not make them any better than anybody else. They should also receive pay raises just like everyone else, determined on how well they perform their jobs according to that of the people. (If you think that's far-fetched, it's no more than what Ron Paul proposes). Politicians should also have to pay for their services, such as food, transportation, lodging, etc.
