Foreign policy

A good foreign policy is always based on a good home policy, case in point; there are millions in the US who are homeless. Yet, I don't see anyone Ron Paul included, with any real direct solutions in fixing those issues. Most want to put all of the homeless into one great big institution, as if most are suffering from psychological problems. There are a lot that are, while a lot more are victims of circumstances, so why not identify who needs the most amount help, what kind of help is needed and where best to provide that help. We should start fixing our problems at home, before attempting to believe that we can fix another countries problems. Which by the way, is not our responsibility, it is their country, not ours. Our military bases that are located in other countries, should be held to the highest accountability as if it were here in the US. The same goes for our troops, Abu Ghirab was an insult to America itself, as well as the conditions inside of Walter Reed Army hospital, were absolutely abhorable and everyone involved with both should feel guilt of the highest order. That being said however, the US should never bow down to any other country for any reason, nor should any other country bow down to us. We should above and beyond all else defend ourselves, we cannot and should not let another country dictate to us what we should or shouldn't do.
