This is the United States of America, not Mexico, Canada, Britain or any other country for that matter. Rather than importing goods that do not support, expand, enrich or allows OUR economy to flourish and prosper, stop those imports. All manufacturing, production and distribution should be American made when possible; this should not include novelty or produce.
To have no income tax and only have excise taxes and tariffs, such as one example stated above; if I didn't buy my sailboat because I didn't have the sufficient amount of funds available, then where in the world, would all of this magical money going to come from to fund the government? Even if there were only 10 people working in the entire government, I would still have to buy the sailboat to pay at least 1 person.
